Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Foundation Pharmacist with on call to join our Pharmacy Team at the London Clinic. This opportunity is based at our 20 Devonshire Place, London, site where the successful candidate will get to join our expanding multidisciplinary Pharmacy team. Job Summary To provide a comprehensive and patient centered clinical pharmacy service across a range of medical and surgical specialties. Job Type: Full Time, Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Saturday) Location: The London Clinic Main Hospital 20 Devonshire Place, London, W1G 6BW. Salary: Band 6 Benefits package: Contributory pension scheme (total annual contribution up to 20%). Private Medical Healthcare. 33 day's annual leave (Inclusive of bank holidays). Duties & Responsibilities To provide a comprehensive and patient centered clinical pharmacy service across a range of medical and surgical specialties. To provide dispensary services and undertake training rotations to develop their skills, alongside the Clinical Pharmacy Diploma. To participate in bank holiday, late evening and weekend hours; and also provide a non-residential on-call pharmacy service to The London Clinic. Facilitate safe and optimal medication usage Provide assimilated and evidence-based medicines information to healthcare professionals and patients Undertake a Pharmacy Clinical Diploma Please see job description attached for further duties.
