Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated CNS to carry out Rough Sleeping Outreach covering Camden and Islington. The role focuses on engaging rough sleepers, supporting them to address their physical health needs, and improving access to healthcare and community services.
You’ll work as part of a multi-disciplinary outreach team, building trust with clients and partners to reduce health inequalities and improve health outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
