Role: Early Years Educator - Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce or equivalent

Location: RAF Waddington, Lincoln

Hours: 38 hours per week (Mon-Fri - 7.30am to 5.30pm)

Salary: £24.202.00 FTE

RAF Waddington is for children between the ages of 0-4 years old. We want to recruit for an exceptional Early Years Educator.


The role:
> Working alongside other members of the team to provide a safe and nurturing environment
> Key working with an allocated group of children
> Working closely with the management team to ensure the nursery maintains excellent standards
> Building positive relationships with the children and parents/carers in the nursery
> Recording children’s activity throughout the day
> Providing relevant information to the parents of each child
> Creating fun and meaningful experiences for the children, focusing on their development plans and interests
