Being a Care Assistant at one of our care homes means turning everyday routines into moments of care and connection. It’s about helping someone feel safe, heard, and at home.

You might help someone get dressed. Make a cup of tea. Or sit beside them when they need company.

The little things you do will mean the world to someone.

If you’re kind, reliable and want to feel part of something real — this could be just the place for you.

What Makes Island Healthcare Different

We’re a family-run company, and we treat our staff and residents with the same care we’d want for our own families.

For over 20 years, we’ve been part of life on the Island. We’ve built trust by doing the right things, the right way. That’s why many of our team stay for years: they feel respected and proud of the work they do.

Our homes feel like just that — homes. They’re welcoming, well-run, and full of people who care.

So if you want to do real work that matters, with people who truly care — we’d love to hear from you.

**Due to the location of some of our homes, there is limited or no public transport available. However, we do provide a staff bus service to Newport and Ryde for our Havenstreet locations.**
