Summary
Our dedicated team delivers support to vulnerable adults with alcohol dependency issues, alcohol related illnesses, abstinence, mental health and neuro-diversity to promote independent living within their own homes.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes.
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication administration.
Engage service users in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
Maintain a safe environment by following care protocols and managing behaviours as needed.
Transport service users to appointments and social activities, ensuring their comfort and safety during transportation.
Experience is not essential as we are looking for people who are caring, supportive and have a willingness to learn.
