Job Title: Mental Health Recovery Worker
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 2 month initial contract
Location: Liverpool
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Recovery Worker to join a supported housing services across Anfield and Kensington. You will provide person-centred support to adults experiencing mental health challenges, empowering them to build independence, develop life skills, and achieve their recovery goals within a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Individual Support: Work collaboratively with residents to develop and implement recovery-focused support plans, encouraging independence and positive wellbeing.
Medication Administration: Safely administer and record prescribed medication in line with service policies and procedures.
Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to ensure consistent and holistic support for each resident.
Requirements:
Right to work in the UK with no hourly working restrictions (sponsorships cannot be provided)
Minimum of 1 year’s UK experience working with individuals with mental health conditions
Experience administering medication within a care or supported housing setting
In-date Enhanced DBS, processed within the last year or registered on the Update Service
