We are looking for a Senior General Manager to work in the Neurosciences Care Group who will ensure that, through their team, that patient care is assessed, planned, implemented and evaluated in accordance with required organisational and professional standards.The Neurosciences Care Group portfolio includes Neurosurgery, Neurology, Neurophysiology and Stroke.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high calibre Senior Operational NHS Manager who has a proven track record of overseeing service management and delivery in a large complex organisation. You will be report directly to the Care Group Operations Director providing assurance on strategic, business and operational objectives
You will have the opportunity to shape the future and transform how the services will be delivered across the new group operating model.
You will work as a member of the Neurosciences Senior Management team managing a number of specialties within the Care Group. In the Care Group structure, the Divisional General Manager is accountable to the Care Group Operations Director and is responsible jointly, along with the Specialty Clinical Leads and Senior Matron/Senior Nursing Team, for its overall efficient and effective leadership, management and performance.
