Summary
Vehicle Sales Administrator required for Automotive Main Car Dealership in Kingston Upon Thames.
The position is a full-time and permanent, and you will be working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
For your hard work as a Sales Administrator for our Motor Trade Client you can expect a salary of up to £32,000 - £34,000 DOE.

Duties:
- Ordering and invoicing vehicles
- Stock management
- Processing customer orders
- Seeing through customer’s sales administration from start to finish, including coordination of legal registration of the vehicle
- Pre Delivery Inspection administration
- Customer hand over and payment arrangements
- Taxing vehicles and controlling vehicle transportation
Requirements:
- Sales Administrator experience within a busy Car Sales Business
- Experience with using Motor Trade specific CRMs
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Keen attention to detail
