Summary

Who we're looking for:
At SS&L we strive to provide excellent customer service, and as a member of the wider Business Development Team you will play a key role in ensuring we meet this goal. The Customer Relationship Team play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with employer partners, learners, and colleagues across SS&L, ensuring all paperwork and records are accurate and maintained.

As a Customer Relationship Administrator, you will play an active role in supporting the enrolment process and providing progression opportunities for learners. Specific duties will include:

• Managing the flow of learner applications to employers who are recruiting apprentices
• Conducting eligibility checks on learners
• Posting new apprenticeship vacancies on the Apprenticeship Service portals and other job sites
• Tracking Maths and English assessment results
• Responsibility for Digital Account Service (DAS) maintaining records in collaboration with administrative departments
• Ensuring compliance for enrolment paperwork
• Maintain learner talent bank
• Share reception duties with the Recruitment and Admissions Administrator

The customer experience for both internal and external customers is at the heart of this team, so flexibility, communication, organisation and being pro-active are essential qualities for this post.
