Job Overview:

We are currently inviting internal applications for a Team Leader (Days) to support and lead the team on days.

This position has excellent opportunity to develop within the business while contributing to a critical area of production. As Team Leader (Days) you will be responsible for overseeing the team to ensure safe, smooth and efficient high-quality production. The roles involve working during the hours of, 06:00am – 14:15pm (week 1) and 14:00pm – 22:15pm (week 2).

We are looking for someone who will play a key role in supervising operators, maintaining production targets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of Production Operators during day shift operations.

Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met or exceeded.

Monitor machine performance and support minor troubleshooting or escalations.

Ensure adherence to health & safety, hygiene, and standards at all times.

Provide training and support to colleagues, promoting a positive and productive working environment.

Complete shift reports and ensure effective handovers to the night shift.

Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams as needed.


What We’reLooking For:

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment (FMCG or hygiene sector preferred).

Strong understanding of production processes, ideally in wet wipes or related products.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead by example and foster a team-oriented culture.

Flexible, reliable, and capable of working shifts
