What You’ll Do
- Greet all visitors promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage room bookings and front desk administration efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and messages with care and accuracy.
- Coordinate with on-site departments and support helpdesk requests.
- Assist the team with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth customer flow.
- Escalate issues to management when necessary, maintaining high service standards.
