ExCeL London Hospitality caters for the biggest, most influential events in the UK, from executive meetings to large scale conferences and exhibitions. We boast a highly trained team of managers, chefs and waiting staff, who ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
Purpose of role:
- To develop the leadership of our team and inspire them to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
- Facilitate day-to-day operations to ensure that we are meeting expectations
- Review performance and ensure delivery of departmental financial targets
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Supervise event staff, ensuring excellent service delivery
We\\'re looking for...
- Extensive experience in Hospitality Management or Event Management
- Knowledge in event management within the hospitality sector
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, able to lead others
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
