Summary

We are looking for a Social Worker to join an Adult's Rapid Response Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team specialises in community based work by providing an initial contact service for people in the community in need of support. A positive attitude, proactive working style and ability to work to strict timescales is key to the success of this position. The team works in a very fast paced environment and focusses on short term intervention to start the process of long term care solutions, crisis intervention work, organise respite services and complete placement assessments.

About you

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a community based Social Work team with knowledge of person centred working skills. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years' experience is essential for this role.
