Admin Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay
Location: Hailsham | Shifts: Typically, between 08:30 - 17:00
The Best Connection Eastbourne is actively recruiting an experienced admin to join our client in Hailsham on a temporary basis. If you're seeking stability and flexibility this opportunity is for you.
You'll be responsible for:
- Respond promptly to telephone and email enquiries
- Raise and manage work orders accurately and efficiently
- Update internal databases with relevant information
- Schedule appointments and clinics, including managing cancellations and amendments
- Inform clients of scheduled visits and appointment details
- Maintain office records and filing systems
- Check referrals and highlight urgent cases
- Provide accurate advice and information to service users and referrers
(Please note: your role may not be limited to these tasks)
Requirements:
- Demonstrate empathy, respect, and compassion in all interactions
- Manage inbound calls professionally to prevent escalation
- Maintain high standards of work and consistently meet performance targets
