Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Test Lead to drive and oversee all aspects of test automation across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, test automation frameworks, and quality engineering best practices. This role involves leading automation initiatives, mentoring test engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications.
Define and implement automation strategy, standards, and best practices across projects.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to define test requirements.
Identify automation opportunities, prioritize test cases, and optimize regression coverage.
Conduct code reviews of automation scripts to maintain quality and consistency.
Ensure seamless integration of automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Perform root cause analysis for automation failures and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of test automation engineers.
Provide reports and metrics on automation progress, test coverage, and defect trends.
Stay up to date with emerging tools, technologies, and testing trends.
