Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Nights Machine Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company based in Bridgwater. This role offers a long-term opportunity with full training, career progression, and competitive pay.

Key Duties:
  • Operate, programme, and set up production machinery.

  • Monitor and top up material levels.

  • Conduct fault finding and basic troubleshooting.

  • Perform regular quality control checks.

  • Pack and prepare finished products for dispatch.

  • Work effectively as part of a small, supportive team.

Requirements:
  • Previous production or factory experience desirable.

  • Willingness to complete training on rotating shifts before moving to permanent nights.

  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

What We Offer:
  • £15.37 per hour on permanent night shifts (after training).

  • £12.60 per hour during training period (rotating shifts, Monday-Friday: 6am-2:15pm / 2pm-10:15pm).
