Summary

We’re looking for a Fabulous Buying Assistant to join our dynamic Buying team. In this role you’ll provide essential day-to-day support to our Buyers and help shape product decisions by building strong relationships with The Perfume Shop’s suppliers and delivering timely, accurate information.

You’ll also be the go-to contact for our stores, working closely with Area Managers to understand and respond to store needs effectively.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Supplier & store liaison: Communicate with suppliers and act as first contact for stores and Area Managers
  • Product & pricing setup: Manage new product data, pricing accuracy, and internal system updates
  • Promotions & POS coordination: Organise signage, merchandising instructions, and warehouse distribution
  • Forecasting & ordering: Collaborate with Merchandisers to support stock planning and order placement
  • Reporting & data management: Maintain stock data and produce regular/ad hoc reports
