Summary

We're looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our Bexley Schools team based in Bexley.

Location: Bexley Schools, KentHours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

What will you be responsible for?As a PPM/Helpdesk Coordinator, you'll be working within our Bexley Schools team, supporting the effective delivery of reactive and planned maintenance operations. You'll help ensure compliance, optimise processes, and enable data-driven decision-making through the CAFM system, Concept Evolution.

Your day to day will include:

-Managing and prioritising Help Desk tickets, coordinating with engineers and contractors to ensure timely resolutions.

-Scheduling and tracking Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks, ensuring compliance and accurate CAFM records.

-Producing monthly reports on system performance, task completion, and key operational metrics.

-Processing task extensions, mitigations, and Paymec transactions within Concept Evolution.

-Promoting a strong safety culture through adherence to Kier's SHE 5 Basics, NOVADE reporting and Golden Hour principles.

What are we looking for?This role of PPM/Helpdesk Coordinator is great for you if:

-You have proven administrative experience, ideally within Facilities Management or using CAFM systems such as Concept Evolution.

-You're organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

-You can analyse data, produce accurate reports, and support strategic decision-making.

-You're an effective communicator who can liaise confidently with engineers, managers, and external partners.
