You will also work collaboratively and innovatively with managers and colleagues to design, develop manager and review programmes in the curriculum area. You will also ensure that student needs are met in a responsive way in line with the concept of inclusive learning. You should be educated to at least Level 3 standard in Beauty Therapy and hold Level 2 literacy and numeracy. You will hold a teaching and assessing qualification or being willing to work towards these qualifications within 2 years. Looking to get into teaching?
