Pay: £16.50 per hour (PAYE) / £22.30 per hour (Umbrella)
Shifts: Rotating - 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am

Search are recruiting for this position on behalf of our client.
We're looking for an experienced Laser Operator to join a leading precision engineering team in Lincoln. You'll be responsible for setting up and operating 5-Axis Fibre and NDYAG lasers to produce high-quality components for a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Fibre and NDYAG 5-Axis lasers.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and support continuous production.
- Work safely and keep accurate production records.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 apprenticeship or NVQ/technical certificate in engineering (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Laser Operator in manufacturing.
- Skilled in Heidenhain controls and working with nickel alloys.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
