Production Operatives - Temp to Perm Opportunity

Location: Outskirts of Torpoint
Hours: Mon -Fri -0700-1500
Pay:£12.21 p.h
Transport: Own transport required due to location

We're looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our client's busy vegetable production site. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working on a production line preparing and packing vegetables

  • Maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets

  • Working at a steady, fast pace throughout your shift

  • Being comfortable working in areas with strong odours

  • Following health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in production or manual work

  • A flexible and positive attitude to work

  • Reliable with good attention to detail

  • Able to work well in a team environment

  • Own transport (site not accessible by public transport)
