Summary
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and food-passionate Social Media Manager who can amplify our brand story, engage our thriving community, and inspire followers to become loyal Pizza Miami customers. The ideal candidate will understand current social media trends, excel at storytelling, and craft impactful campaigns that drive both engagement and online orders.
Main duties include:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that reflect Pizza Miami’s brand identity, values, and growth objectives.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others to connect with diverse audiences.
• Plan and run targeted social media campaigns to promote our Italian cuisine, special offers, delivery services, and brand initiatives.
• Analyse social media data to improve campaigns, sharpen content, and boost orders and loyalty.
• Monitor key metrics to optimise campaigns and strengthen customer connections.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in Social Media management or a similar field.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ad management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
