Are you a natural leader with a passion for empowering others?
Care4u WE Ltd is looking for experienced Team Leaders to join our dedicated team supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in a supported living setting.
Pay: £12.95 per hour + £58 per sleep-in
Location: Across our Care4u WE services
Hours: Full-time, flexible shifts including sleep-ins
What You’ll Do:
•Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding person-centred care
•Support individuals to develop independence, confidence, and life skills
• Ensure high standards of care, documentation, and compliance
• Oversee daily operations, rota planning, and staff supervision
• Communicate effectively with management and external professionals
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 12 months’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs
✅ At least 6 months’ experience in a Team Leader/Senior Support role
✅ A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
✅ NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care preferred (not essential)
✅ Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
