We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Electrician who enjoys working on varied commercial electrical projects throughout South and West Wales.
Working as an Electrician you will install, maintain, and test electrical systems in commercial and light industrial premises while ensuring all work complies with BS7671 standards.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Electrician include:
• Install and Maintain: Electrical systems in commercial and light industrial buildings
• Inspect and Test: Carry out testing and certification to 18th Edition standards (BS7671)
• Fault-Find and Repair: Diagnose and resolve electrical faults independently
• Read Drawings: Work accurately from site plans, wiring diagrams, and specifications
• Ensure Compliance: Complete job sheets and certification documentation correctly
• Communicate Effectively: Liaise professionally with clients and site teams
• Maintain Equipment: Ensure all tools and PPE are kept in good working order
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
• ECS Gold Card or JIB Electrician grading
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Proven experience of commercial or light industrial electrical work
DESIRABLE
• City & Guilds 2391, 2394 or 2395 Inspection & Testing qualification
• IPAF, PASMA, SSSTS or Asbestos Awareness certification (training can be provided)
• Experience with EV charger installation, LED upgrades, or control systems
