Working as an Electrical Engineer Supervisor you will be responsible for Maintenance, response, and fault analysis of building operations within the Building Services Team.

Core Responsibilities:-
Day to day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems and equipment
Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification
To be aware of Safe Systems of Work and its application, performed under the terms of the contract.
To assist with carrying out sub-contractor inductions and putting people safely to work
When required, conduct reactive and Extra Work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with HASAWA legislation and Our Way of Working

Skills & Qualifications:-
Electrical City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 / Level 3 or equivalent, BMS experience
Demonstrate understanding of statutory compliance HVAC and Water Treatment
Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar
Ability to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
