Day to Day
* Be the main point of contact for customers using SAP for production – manage enquiries and troubleshoot any issues, maintaining
communication with customers to provide updates
* Monitor and maintain SAP systems and inventory levels coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment
* Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the production team to ensure all orders are
fulfilled to customer requirements & maintain accurate customer records
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production and delivery challenges
What will you bring?
* Previous experience of working within a food-based production environment with knowledge of BRCGS standards would be
advantageous
* Experience working with SAP production would be advantageous
* Customer focused with excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills allowing you to provide first class
customer service
* Organised, able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
