Summary

Primary School Teachers – Worcester

Are you an experienced primary school teacher looking for work in Worcester?

Winner Education are seeking dedicated Primary School Teachers to work in a schools in the Worcester area. The role is day to day/short term with some long-term positions also. Candidates must hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

The successful candidate must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)


  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum


  • Have previous experience teaching in primary schools


  • Be confident delivering lessons to full class sizes


  • Show strong classroom and behaviour management skills


  • Build excellent relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents


  • Be reliable, responsible, and willing to go “above and beyond”


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Lead lesson planning and preparation


      • Work across both KS1 and KS2
    • Adapt lesson resources to support pupils with additional needs


    • Assess pupil progress and provide feedback


    • Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment


    • Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare
