McGinley Support Services is recruiting experienced Gangers to join the upcoming A57 infrastructure project in Manchester, starting in 2026. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity to take on a key supervisory role within one of the North West's major civil engineering developments.

About the Role - Ganger Jobs Manchester

As a Ganger, you'll be responsible for supervising small site teams, coordinating daily tasks, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment. Key duties include:

  • Overseeing Groundworkers and Labourers on site

  • Ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across work areas

  • Liaising with Site Supervisors and Engineers to deliver project objectives

  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress

This position is ideal for an experienced Ganger looking for a stable, long-term opportunity within a major highways and infrastructure scheme.

✅ Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

  • Proven experience as a Ganger on civil engineering or highway projects

  • Ability to lead small teams effectively

  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality standards on site
