McGinley Support Services is recruiting experienced Gangers to join the upcoming A57 infrastructure project in Manchester, starting in 2026. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity to take on a key supervisory role within one of the North West's major civil engineering developments.

About the Role - Ganger Jobs ManchesterAs a Ganger, you'll be responsible for supervising small site teams, coordinating daily tasks, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment. Key duties include:

Overseeing Groundworkers and Labourers on site

Ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across work areas

Liaising with Site Supervisors and Engineers to deliver project objectives

Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress
This position is ideal for an experienced Ganger looking for a stable, long-term opportunity within a major highways and infrastructure scheme.
✅ Requirements:-
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

Proven experience as a Ganger on civil engineering or highway projects

Ability to lead small teams effectively

Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality standards on site

Long-term, stable work on a nationally significant infrastructure project
