McGinley Support Services is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major infrastructure project on the A57 in Manchester, starting in 2026. This is a long-term opportunity to take a leading role on one of the region's most significant civil engineering developments.

About the Role - Site Supervisor Jobs Manchester

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations on site. Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating site teams and subcontractors

  • Managing site safety, quality, and productivity

  • Ensuring works are completed to design and specification

  • Supporting the Site Manager in planning and progress reporting

  • Maintaining high safety standards and compliance with regulations

This role is ideal for a proven Site Supervisor seeking a long-term, high-profile project within the civil engineering and highways sector.

✅ Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification (preferred)

  • Strong background supervising civil engineering or infrastructure works

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to lead and motivate site teams
