Summary
Responsible for supporting residents with all department work including leading on and advising on Health & Safety, cleaning, gardening and catering. Supporting the Department Co-ordinator to implement the Work as Therapy Programme and ensure all residents gain valuable work experience and qualifications toward gaining employment in the future.
