Summary

The Recruitment Support is responsible for the smooth running of Digital Recruitment campaigns supporting a range of stakeholders including Hiring Managers and 3rd party providers.

The role holder will proactively support the Digital Recruitment team working collaboratively to ensure all necessary admin tasks have been completed to ensure the smooth and efficient running of recruitment campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

Support Digital recruitment activities, completing necessary paperwork and recruitment related tasks in a timely manner e.g. downloading applications, issuing results to candidates, booking and facilitating interviews.Monitor and proactively manage all pre-employment checks to ensure they are completed as efficiently as possible e.g. DBS checks, right to work checks etcContact candidates to collect documents, book interviews or support through the online pre-employment checking processUpdate necessary trackers and stakeholdersParticipate in Digital Recruitment team meetings, project and delivery reviews, proactively managing the team’s task management boardWork to raise the profile of DVSA Digital through use of social media, headhunting and attending eventsDaily management of Recruitment inbox
