The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Service & Repair Engineer to join our Operations Team. You’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing assistive equipment such as:
• Ceiling hoists
• Height-adjustable baths and basins
• Changing couches
• Other specialist mobility equipment
You’ll work across diverse environments and ensure all work meets manufacturer and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do
• Complete service and repair tasks to a high standard
• Maintain van stock and drive safely
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Record work using our ERP system (Simpro)
• Respond to emergency repairs
• Share best practices and support team training

What We’re Looking For
✅ Ability to follow service instructions and wiring diagrams
✅ Fault-finding skills using electrical test meters
✅ Experience with power tools and working safely at height
✅ Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
✅ Positive, proactive attitude
✅ PASMA, SSSP, CITB, or IPAF certifications (training available)
✅ Basic IT skills and tablet use
✅ Full UK driving licence & Enhanced DBS check
✅ Physically fit and able to work independently
✅ Experience with mobility equipment (preferred)
