Winner Recruitment is looking for newly qualified Class 1 (C+E) drivers ready to hit the road and build a solid driving career with one of the most reliable transport contracts in the area.

Pay & Shifts

Days (Mon–Fri): £19/hr
Nights (Mon–Fri): £20/hr
☀️ Saturday Day: £20/hr
Saturday Night: £21/hr
☀️ Sunday Day: £21.50/hr
Sunday Night: £22.50/hr

Weekly PAYE
Full-time shifts available

What You’ll Do

  • Simple trunking work – clean, easy runs


  • Box trailers only – no manual handling or heavy lifting


  • Drive a modern, well-maintained fleet


  • Day and night shifts available


  • Weekend availability required


    We’ll make sure you feel supported, confident, and ready to succeed from day one.

    What You’ll Need

    ✅ Full Class 1 (C+E) licence
    ✅ Valid CPC & Digi Tacho
    ✅ Eager to learn and build experience
    ✅ A positive, professional attitude and good communication

    No years of experience required — just the right mindset and a willingness to learn.
