You’ll be organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a close-knit, supportive team.
Some experience in logistics, warehouse, or administrative work is beneficial — but not essential. The right attitude and a willingness to learn are what really count.
You’ll also have:
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• A reliable and proactive approach to your work
• Experience with stock or warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage
What will your role look like?
This is a varied position that supports the smooth flow of goods through warehouse and logistics operations. You’ll be involved in both administration and light warehouse duties, including:
• Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Preparing and managing shipping, delivery, and customs documentation
• Assisting with customs tasks — including declarations, paperwork checks, and compliance with regulations
• Liaising with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments such as sales and customer service
• Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on-time delivery and clearance
• Maintaining accurate stock control records and assisting with stock reconciliation
• Supporting warehouse operations as needed — checking in deliveries, processing returns, picking orders, and helping with stock takes
• Ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards, and health & safety procedures
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative and logistics processes
