Summary
• To actively safeguard and promote the welfare of the Adult’s
• To carry out duties in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
• To work in accordance with the Adult’s Homes Regulations, other statutory guidance, and cooperate with any inspection process.
• To promote structure, boundaries and routines within the home.
• Provide a positive role model for the Adult’s, presenting oneself in a highly professional manner.
• Work in line with adults’ support plans.
• To undertake the role of a key worker for adults.
• To deliver direct and individual work to adults.
• Support adult on 1-1 and group activities.
• Provide and participate in leisure activities in line with the care and placement plans of the adult.
• Work in partnership with colleagues, other agencies and professionals to meet the needs adult.
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, adult and families.
• Participate in and complete reports for, reviews and meetings concerning the adult where required.
• Complete monthly progress reports
• Complete key work session
• Ensure progress folders are kept up to date
• Complete and maintain administrative records as required by the home.
• Undertake relevant training programmes as required.
• Attend and participate in supervision and staff meetings.
