Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Steel Fitter or Steel Erector in a construction or fabrication environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and erection techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant tools, machinery, and safety equipment.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Valid certifications in welding, rigging, or other relevant qualifications (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Day-to-day
- Review project plans and prepare materials for steel fitting and erection tasks.
- Assemble and secure steel components on-site, ensuring alignment and stability.
