Summary
You will be responsible for: Leading all medical and dental recruitment, including recruitment for Consultants and Speciality Doctors Working with senior leaders to implement new, agile hiring practices Providing crucial market insights and data to inform recruitment decisions. Driving candidate attraction and enhancing our employer brand, working closely with our Resourcing and Recruitment Marketing & Events teams. It is expected that you will split your time between the office and being on-site to meet our managers. We have sites across four counties (Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire & NE Somerset) and you'll be expected to support these where needed, so the ability to travel freely between sites is required.
