Summary
The post would suit a good team player dedicated to high quality patient care. The opportunity exists to work in a non-hierarchical setting and offer a wide range of Obstetrics & Gynaecology procedures in this busy DGH The appointee must be fully registered with the General Medical Council with a License to Practice. The appointee will: Develop a one-stop Gynaecology clinic Lead the development of the colposcopy service Provide Labour and emergency cover daytime as well as out of hours at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital. Should not be on duty for labour ward whilst being timetabled for gynaecology clinic or antenatal clinic, private practice or covering another site. If required by operational pressure or service changes, pick up sessions at the Scunthorpe or Goole District General Hospital or Hull Royal Infirmary Provide a general gynaecology and obstetrics services comprising outpatient clinics, ambulatory and theatre.
