Shepherd’s Lodge is an elegant and cosy residential home with beautiful furnishings and a picturesque garden.
We support adults with learning and physical disabilities and strive to promote their emotional and physical wellbeing while encouraging the development of personal growth, depending on their individual needs and wishes.
You will work with the wider team to develop and implement individually tailored care programmes for each Service User. These include providing personal care and where possible, encouraging users to achieve a certain level of independence through activities and guidance, whilst ensuring that support needs are met with dignity and respect.
No two days are the same at Shepherd’s Lodge and our team works hard to provide effective, individually catered, person centred support. We want our Service Users to achieve their goals and aspirations and live their lives to the full! We are looking for people to join our team who have the same passion as we do to help deliver this!
The nature of the service and the role means that you will be required to work days, evenings, alternate weekends, and bank holidays.
Who we are looking for…
We are looking for the right people who share our vision and passion for Care to join our teams across Care Services, we’d like to hear more about your motivations, interests and values, including what attracted you to a role in Care.
Experience or qualifications are not necessarily needed to get started.
We can offer great opportunities to develop and build your skills to take you where you want to go at any stage of your career in Care.
If you’re compassionate, caring and looking for a role where you can make a real difference, we would love to speak with you!
