What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 (Year 1 & Year 2)
• Delivering 1:1 and small group support, especially for pupils with SEN
• Assisting with phonics, reading, writing, and early numeracy
• Helping to maintain a fun, focused, and structured classroom
• Collaborating with experienced teachers and SEN staff
• Tracking progress and supporting pupil development until July 2026

Ideal KS1 Teaching Assistant For this Brent School:
• Recent graduate (2:1 or higher preferred)
• Bold, resilient, and genuinely enthusiastic about primary education
• Previous child-related experience is desirable but not essential
• Not afraid of a challenge – you’ll need confidence and consistency
• Interested in teaching, psychology, or SEN careers
• Committed to full-time work until end of academic year July 2026
