Summary
Meridian business support is recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance driver / Warehouse operative for a Company based in Woolston, Warrington area.
Duties:
- Loading and unloading wagons.
- Moving stock from different areas of the pallet yard.
- Moving pallets, cages, stacking pallets ensuring site health and safety at all times
- Moving palletised goods, parcels, and materials from the loading areas to designated storage locations within the warehouse or yard.
- Stacking and unstacking items in storage bays or racking.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and obstruction-free work area (internal and external) and assisting with other general warehouse tasks as directed by the management.
- A performance driven operation with tight deadlines
- Working in a busy Warehouse with large items
- Check that finished goods are loaded to the correct specified documentation.
- This role also involves handling the pump truck and general warehouse duties
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
- It is essential you hold a current RTITB or ITTSAR Counterbalance FLT license – In house licence is acceptable – (in Date)
- At least 6 months FLT experience
- Previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment
- Heavy lifting involved
