Job details
One Leisure Huntingdon is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. You will deliver and support the One Leisure Corporate and site-specific systems, procedures and programmes to ensure a quality customer experience and exceptional service both within the poolside environment and dryside.

You will also be responsible for Key Performance Areas, which you oversee and develop in line with the One Leisure Business Strategy.

You will ideally hold qualifications in Lifeguarding, Pool Plant Operations and First Aid, although training can be provided to the right candidate.

You will be an organised person who is able to effectively lead a team and all deputise for the General Manager when required. You will be proactive in the way that you work and support your team to achieve the best out of them, no matter the situation.

This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check.

An offer of employment is conditional upon having the right to work in the UK. HDC does not hold a Sponsorship Licence and is unable to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) or take over sponsorship for any role.
