Warden Park Primary Academy is committed to providing high quality learning for all children and wishes to appoint a Midday Meal Supervisor, 5 hours per week, term time only.
Warden Park Primary Academy is seeking to appoint an energetic, positive and patient person who would enjoy the challenge of working as a Lunchtime Supervisor within our high achieving school. Some experience in a similar role would be an advantage. You will be responsible for providing supervision and support to children at lunchtime.
The successful candidate will have a passion and motivation for improving the lives of all children with experience of some behaviour management techniques. They will have an optimistic attitude and be flexible to the demands of the job, demonstrating versatility, tact, commitment and the ability to use initiative. Applicants must be patient and able to stay calm, listen and value children’s views, and they must have the ability to strictly maintain confidentiality. The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team and be expected to contribute to its development. Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
