Are you a calm, resilient, and compassionate individual who's passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs? We're looking for a SEMH and Behaviour Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Wardle, starting as soon as possible.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can build positive, trusting relationships and help pupils overcome barriers to learning. You'll be working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support pupils in developing confidence, emotional resilience, and positive behaviour strategies.
The Role:
