Summary
Wycliffe College are seeking a highly organised, professional, and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Head of the Prep School and ensure the efficient management of the Head’s office and the smooth running of day-to-day operations at the Prep School. This is a pivotal role that acts as a central point of contact within the College, providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support.
Key responsibilities will include managing the diary and correspondence of the Head, preparing reports, presentations and minutes, and coordinating meetings and key events such as Speech Day, Open Mornings and parent & community events. The postholder will also oversee office systems, compliance records, communications, and support admissions and marketing activities, including co-ordinating school tours and community engagement.If you are proactive, adaptable, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and enjoy variety in your work, then we would love to hear from you!Terms of Appointment:This is a permanent position, offered on a full-time, part-year basis during our published term dates and an additional six weeks to be worked during school holiday (this can be flexible depending on circumstances).
