Be part of the team delivering this essential technology exchange ahead of the UK’s full analogue switch-off in January 2027.About the role We’re looking for a Digital Transition Field Officer (Installer) to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract, working 36.25 hours per week. You’ll be based in Leyland but spend most of your time travelling across Lancashire. In this hands-on role, you’ll install and test digital telecare equipment in service users’ homes, provide clear guidance to customers and their families, and update service user records accurately. You’ll also troubleshoot technical issues, manage stock and collections, and plan your daily visits to help maximise the county-wide transition from analogue to digital.What We Are Looking For Essential: Ability to learn new technology quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective time management and task prioritisationAbility to work with vulnerable individuals, demonstrating patience and understandingFull UK driving licence with access to own vehicle Desirable: Understanding of technology enabled care equipmentPrevious health & safety trainingExperience in a customer-facing role Why Progress?
