Summary
Provide a phlebotomy service to patients NHS Health Checks ECG recording Hypertension monitoring Assist at seasonal and special projects e.g. flu, pneumonia vaccination clinics following appropriate training Chronic disease reviews Process and record patient specimens Home visiting for phlebotomy/blood pressure etc. Weight monitoring Administer B12 injections following training Recording accurate data in patients SystmOne record and any other arising aspects linked to the role of HCA within Primary Care.
