Are you an experienced and motivated nurse looking to take the next step in your leadership journey? We are seeking an enthusiasticJunior Sister / Charge Nurseto join our dedicated team onG2A, a dynamic12-bedded Acute Stroke Unitwith 2 same-day assessment trolleys. Our service also includesG3, a 28-bedded step-down ward, enabling continuity of care for patients throughout their stroke recovery journey.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within ourspecialist stroke service, working closely with theSenior Sister, Matron, and multidisciplinary teamto deliver outstanding, evidence-based care. You will provide visible leadership on the ward, supporting and developing staff, ensuring high standards of patient safety, and promoting a culture of compassion and clinical excellence.

• You will be expected to demonstrate clinical leadership and drive quality improvement changes in the clinical setting.
• You will support junior colleagues in their professional development and with appropriate training you will support the senior sister with management of staff sickness, appraisals ,staffing issues, incident and complaint management etc.
• We can offer you a range of management and leadership development opportunities to support you in this role as well as support from a dedicated clinical practice educator who provides support to all our staff and can focus on any specific training requirements you may have.
