This job is workstyle 5 - Hybrid

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

Angus Council is inviting applications from talented, adaptable and enthusiastic candidates to complement our housing property project team to provide Quantity Surveying Technician services.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a full-time temporary Quantity Surveyor Technician within our housing property projects team.

In addition to joining a talented, supportive and welcoming team within the Property Projects team, the post also offers a competitive salary and all the benefits of working for a public sector organisation, including flexitime, hybrid working and entry to the Local Government Pension Scheme.

It is essential that you have some experience of construction and/or quantity surveying practice. The qualifications and training are as set out in the QS Technician Job Outline.
