Role Overview

The Marketing Campaign Manager will play a central role in planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales across The TEFL Org’s global audience.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role for an experienced marketer who can balance creativity with performance analytics, ensuring every campaign is insight-led, on-brand, and aligned with our growth strategy.

Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from creative briefing and asset development to deployment, testing, and optimisation. Ensure campaign assets are on-brand, consistent in tone, and optimised for platform and audience.
Monitor campaign performance daily, deliver regular reporting on key metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI, etc.), and use data insights to refine targeting, creative, and messaging for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad variations, landing pages, and lead magnets to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with the Education, CX, and IT teams to align messaging and track lead outcomes.
Brief and manage external agencies or freelancers when required.

Key Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally in education, e-commerce, or online services.
Proven track record of delivering measurable results across paid and organic channels.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation funnels, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Proficiency with campaign tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Klaviyo (or similar ESP).
Analytical and confident with campaign data, using insight to drive recommendations and improvements.
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong copywriting, creative briefing, and stakeholder communication skills.
